The name
A big part of the BLOQ story is in the name. Fittingly, our production facility is located in De Blokmat street, which is Dutch for rush mat. The Q stands for uniQueness and Quality, reflecting on our products.
The baseline
Creative carpet tiles – our baseline says it all. The ease of use of carpet tiles, finished with unique colour combinations and patterns, inspiring and out of the ordinary. Making use of one colour bank we mix and match shades resulting in our various collections. Soft and subtle hues paired with trendy vibrant colours make for creative combinations, fitting any type of interior.
The colour
Yellow is our colour. The amber hue of our logo refers to the ochre colour palette used by 17th century painters, from Johannes Vermeer to Frans Hals. Inspired by the Golden Age, we pay homage to our Dutch roots and elaborate craftsmanship, both important aspects of the BLOQ DNA.
